Our front-loading Kenmore dryer was not heating up to dry clothes, so we looked up appliance repair on Craigslist. Called and he was able to come out later that day. The part he replaced worked for one day (yesterday), but when I went to dry a load today, it will not heat up again. I have called and texted respeatedly for him to come back and fix it. He does not respond. When I googled his phone number, I found that Josh Sneed has several reports against him for similar breech of contract. I am out $180 and my dryer still doesn't work.

I did receive a text at 3:30 last night explaining that he had taken yesterday off. He said that he would come by and fix it "When you remove that post" from this website. As this is a permanent record, I can only change what I wrote, but am unable to remove this post. And unfortunately for him, until my dryer gets fixed, I cannot change anything that I have previously stated, as I only had my dryer work for one load of laundry after he left, and it still does not heat.
