Complaint Review: AAA Afordable Polygraph - Internet

My husband contacted Marty to hire him to conduct a polygraph for infidelity. This would be my second one, my first polygraph test for the same thing from an experienced Polygraph examiner who is licensed and the results were non deceptive on every question. Of course I was not being deceptive on Marty's test either, but he reported 7 out of 8 questions I was deceptive.  My husband wanted another test. I can't even repeat the things my husband called me that day after Marty called him and reported his findings. I only hope and pray we can survive this.

 Let me also mention that I have not had an affair, ever, let alone with 5 different men! My husband has no proof of an affair, just thoughts that he thninks I had to have had one. I am an open book, he has access to my phone and emails. He even hired a private investigator to follow me when he was away on a weekend trip and put a GPS tracker in my car. Nothing was found , because there is nothing to find out. I am a faithful wife, married 23 years, hopefully 24 years and we have raised 6 beautiful children.

Marty had me guilty before I even walked through the door of his rented empty office in a random building. He had many conversations with my husband prior to our arrival to this test. Marty seems to favor the person contacting him and paying him. I had no contact with the man prior to the test. He let my husband write up 8 questions with 5 specific names!

Polygraph questions should be limited to 3-4 questions. His control questions were stupid! Have I ever cheated on a test, I say yes, he says, "who was the teacher and what school?" well I dont know! I told him I could tell him the subject and the gal that let me cheat off her! He said well then I can't say I have cheated and other than that test, would the answer be no?What!?

My first polygraph test was 3 questions, a couple of control questions, like is my Name, so and so. And one really big difference is my first examine, the tester asked me to purposely lie. I picked a number between 1-6 and wrote it down and didnt show him. I had to answer NO to each number. The examiner knew exactly which number I wrote down without even asking me. He now knew how I would react to a lie on his charts. I was a nervous wreck with lots of anxiety. Who wouldn't be nervous about being hooked up to a machine and having a complete stranger interpret it and have you life in their hands! And the big difference is my first polygraph took a total of 2 1/2 hours, not 30-45 minutes!

Being nervous doesn't mean guilt Marty, and a good examiner knows the difference. I was truthful on all my questions and have never cheated on my husband in our 23 year marriage. You are the biggest Fraud I have ever met and should be ashamed of yourself. You are ruining peoples lives, this is serious. 

Obviously our marriage has some issues or we would not have had to do this, but to take innocent lives and make your own determination because someone suspects doesn't give you the right!

Your are a Fraud and a scammer and I knew that the minute I walked into your office(or non office) Marty! You are not licensed and after searching you online and calling the Arizona Polygraph and American Polygraph associations, I found out you have several complaints against you.

You should be sued Marty and I plan on pursuing that next. I will do everthing in my power to shut you and your fraudulant business down. I am saddened to think about how many families you have torn apart with your biased and inexperienced reports you give.

Big Red Flags: no office, no license, several complaints, change of business name, test time only 30 min. , too many questions allowed, person contacting you gets what they want, no question determining how one reacts when they lie, your were a complete a*s when I walked into the room, and you sarcasticly said "good luck" when I left the room, not giving results until the following day.

You are a fraud Mr. Egert and I will do my best not to let you destroy anymore innocent lives.
