Both of you guys are trying to screw the other out of money and a warranty~~~~Richard : bruce is tying to forget about the warranty so he doesn't have to spend the money to take care of the problem for 400.00 thats ok to say FORGET IT!!! because he already got most of the profit from the job and the cost of the warranty repair i'm sure will be more that the 400.00 loss to the shop. parts/labor~~~~~~Richard ~~if the original warranty would still be in force if you paid today~~~~pay him ~~sent it certified mail~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~BRUCE~~~i bet this is a axod/axode~~~~or an aod/aode~~~ i don't know how you could take out the unit with a 100.00 promise~~~i understand the shop may have been slow in feb because shops are always slow this time of year (tax time) this practice would NEVER fly in CA. Shame on you!!!! To obligate someone to a repair at YOUR price is unethical/illegal without a signed contract (as you know) maybe you CYA on this one so it won't look that way if you did your job on this one~~~~and missed the bullet~~~~~~~~~~~I JUST HATE SEEING THIS TYPE OF PRACTICE HAPPENING~~~~~~goood luck to both of you~~~~~~~~~~~
