Your beef should be with the owners that allegedly threatened you or pulled stunts. Not with the other 735 franchisees who do provide great service which is proven through 40 years of establishment. I would never deny that there are not some bad seeds but that is true in every walk of life. You have 200 reports on this things that span approx 5 years with a company that has 750 locations. You do the math. I also have spotted a ton of complaints on independents to which you and your pal from richmond choose to ignore. My point is at least be objectional and offer your years of experience in all reports. I can see that yu obviously have never owned a business and apparently are a gypsy type that works all over the place. Most great builders build roots and stay established. Keep your grudge as apparently it is all you have to live for. But for goodness sakes, quit whining, get a stable job and work on your life. Im certain that if someone threatened me id be able to handle it much better than this. And 'if' they did threaten you, hold the beef with the guy that did it, file reports, contact the attorney general or ill do it for you. But please quit the crybaby whining routine. It is old and stale.

There is a source for positive feedback;it's called 'word-of-mouth.' Truth is there is no positive feedback for AAMCO, not in this area. I'm all for Greg's idea! If anyone else who's filed a rip-off report or anyone out there who's reading this & wishes there were more they could do;let's do it!! Contact me through this website & I'll take the info to our prosecuting attorney & get the ball rolling. Can we make a difference? To quote Margaret Mead,"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.Indeed,it is the only thing that ever has." What's the worst that could happen?Jason would be out of a job? Don't worry,Burger King is hiring!

Boy I just don't know how to answerer that, But gee here goes first I started with AAmco in the 70s you may not have even been out of school by then, As far as aamco stands for I remember Martino laughing about that on several different occasions. I bet you don't even know how he lost Aamco do you? I do I was there, or even the reason he started and then named the company he now has Maaco do you? As far as being a w***e and selling out to the highest bidder thats for the guys who work in any shop and stay when they know that the salesman and or owner is ripping people off,and that I am not. As far as having a hard on for AAmco that I do have, But then any company that will threaten the health and safety of my wife and children, just so I would keep my mouth shut, Should know that I ain't going to like them much. Would you?,parts changer.

AAMCO stands for Anthony A. Martino Company . The same guy that owns MAACO )which is a twist on AAMCO) started it. It is obvious, Greg, you are a malcontent with a 'thing' for AAmco. Independendts throughout the country have simular issues but do not have 750 associates to group themselves with. AAmco has issues with a few franchisee's but the overall number , including the precentage filed in this report forum, are fractionaly minimul in comparison to overall satisfaction rate. I know of know forum that offers a positive letter forum as positive supporters will not bring hits or revenue. Drama and negativity sell, not satisfaction and good service. I know alot about the business and know many independents that do things no franchisee would ever dream of. We have ALL had trouble cars. Warranties are warranties. You dont see dealers fixing cars ou8t of warranty or RCA or other appliance makers. These reports only display one side of the story. Chances are there is more. Anyway Gregory, spend some time on your life and lose the hard on for aamco and quit trying to be a know it all. It is obvious you are little more than a mercenary builder with no true business skills and a narcicistic attitude. Go be a tranny w***e and sell out to the highest bidder. Or better yet, open a shop and show us all how it is done.LOL>

I'll tell you like I told the other person go to the police because if (the old sales man) didn't write up a life time then he ripped off the owner and pocketed the extra money they have a price book that lists the prices suggested for a service. So by going to court and comparing the list price for a service and your receipt the judge can reach a judgment. Also its to bad you and the other person can't meet and go to the city attorney and sit on him tell he does something. And by the way I worked when AAmcos first was started the AAmco stands(no fooling) all automatics must come out.
