AAMES Home Loans ripoff felt as I was always being soft shoed or tap danced on. Los Angeles California
Loan officer would call and say had things going, then they would die off. Manager would tell me things going ok. When all was said and done I was rea upset. The loan was suppose to be 30yr fixed at $421 a month, all they did was tack on $6200. in fees for themselves and move me trom my mortage company to theirs on a same 20yr fixed
I approach about a refinance to lower my monthly payments. I was shown paper work for 20yr fixed and 30 yr fixed. The 30yr had lower monthly payments and was my choice. They said they would get the papers worked up. When it came time to sign they sent 20yr fixed at my same monthly note. At the time I was in a bind so being over a barrel I regretably sign. The manager and loan officer acted worse than the guys depicked in "Tin Man". I wound up hating the situation. I have now been sold to another mortgage company. Im definatly not happy. I hope to soon sell and I will try to find a company that I like doing business with when I repurchase
