Complaint Review: AARON GERSHFIELD - Internet

First of all, I must congratulate you on your superb piece, though surely even the great Aaron Gershfield knows that going to the police would be a monumental mistake. Especially given the palpably unsafe state of that death trap building of his. No, the man may be many things, but hes not stupid. Greedy, insouciant, boorish, cowardly, yes. Stupid, no. Truly a brilliant roman clef nonetheless.

Having said that, there are a few points I would add.  The illustrious Stephanie Kleyman has long since graduated from paper pads and pencils . . . she saves those for her Zorro girls.  These days, she glides about Northway House, sans broomstick, but adorned with a glowing earpiece just like her master, laptop in hand, furiously clackering away like shes recording the Holy Gospel.  But for important external meetings like this one, the Trinity would call upon Grandmaster Ivor Gershfield whose presence is thought to bring an air of respectability to this otherwise duplicitous trio of trolls.

Furthermore, I think UK Immigration will be the next in line after the Taxman, Office of Fair Trading, and Department of Transport.  These bodies apparently dont take kindly to directors concealing previous disqualifications for irregular accounting practices and business undercapitalisation when seeking authority for undertaking current financial or accounting responsibilities. Who knew the government cared so much? Its a good thing they checked!

Moreover, there already exists, at least two police investigations into Messrs Gershfield, Harries, and co-conspirator Ms. Kleyman, concerning their part in planning and effecting a continuous and sustained campaign of malicious communication, designed to threaten, harass, and injure person or persons (identified in the police report only as Victim X), and for multiple violations of the Health & Safety at Work Act.  So far, much forensic information has been clandestinely recovered, including electronic data, soil and water samples, and temperature and other readings from and around Northway House and other Gershfield controlled properties in the area. (Yes, they have a list of all the properties in St. Margarets Avenue and nearby as well as sworn statements (containing photographs) from each person who has worked on these premises detailing the conditions in which they were forced to work, itself quite a challenge as most of the people whove worked there did so illegally). It is also no accident that Gershfields pitiful little excuse for a coffee shop has been spot checked a dozen times over the last six months.  Of course, you wouldnt know that, but having friends at Barnet council, I would. In fact, I know everything that goes on regarding Northway House.

Finally, I had a chat with a reporter friend of mine from a national daily over the weekend. I put him in touch with the investigating officers at Barnet Council and provided him with copies of all the documents posted online. Im sure hell find them of use. I believe protocol dictates that once the story is complete, hell want to reach somebody for comment. So I went ahead and provided him with Aarons Muswell Hill address [redacted per guidelines] as we all know how much Aaron loves to talk . . . about himself.

But I do think your piece was extremely entertaining. Lets hope the gentlemen (sorry, and Lady) concerned are of the same opinion.

Three people strode purposefully towards the City of London police headquarters. Two men one woman it will be noted the woman held few yellow legal pads and in her hand clutched a bundle of sharpened pencils.

The duty sergeant seemed to be expecting the visitors and quickly ushered them into a side room. Large square with windows along one side the room was sparsely furnished. A long boardroom table dominated, and off to the side a smaller table sat a lone uniformed policewoman with a laptop and printer.

Seated at the larger table were two men who rose at the entrance of their visitors, one middle aged and the other looked to be in his thirties, both in plain clothes.

The older man said while gesturing for the three to be seated across the table, good morning and thank you for all coming here today he paused then continued further to my telephone conversation there are several matters that need clearing up

The police woman approached and laid a thick file in front of the older man thank you constable, He addressed the three people now seated across from him do any of you have any objection to this informal interview being recorded it is for your own protection and you will be given a copy of the disc. Hearing no objections he nodded to the police woman set it up will you constable parker.

When the recording equipment was switched on he said for the purposes of the informal little chat and to save time endlessly repeating names.

I am Chief Inspector Asks. A. Lot and my colleague here is Detective Sergeant Looks A Lot My nephew he added, and over there is Constable Nora Parker, who is here to assist us by taking additional notes, which will be printed off and a copy given to you, he smiled in her direction Constable Parker is very thorough and is affectionately known as nosey.

A.G we will address most of this interview to you as you ere the one most affected your colleagues seemed to be involved by association or implication to you.

A.G it has come to our attention that you have stated on two web sites, respectively RippoffReport.com and Fraudbug.com. That you had instigated a police investigation about defamatory allegations being posted on the web, is this so?

Ms.K my client will make no comment on this.

Chief A. Well Ms.K how quickly your employer turns into your client and so prepared, his eyes glancing at the legal pad and her hand poised over it as she began to scribble.

Chief A. We read the posting A.G and from the contents it was obvious it came form someone within your organization and if not posted by you then it was posted by a close colleague, and allowed his eyes to travel over the three people he was addressing in a slow methodical manner. I might add we can find no trace of any such investigation being carried out on your behalf by any police force in the greater London area.?

A.G we have not as yet asked for an official investigation, as we are in the middle of doing this ourselves but we intended to make it official when he discovered the names of the individuals responsible, and we believe we are in possession of all the information now.

Chief A. Never mind we can revisit that point later to continue and just to establish exactly who we are addressing in this matter. You are A.G Who runs a myriad of businesses out of a building in Whetstone North London called Northway House, this building is owned by one of your companies (1) Transview Properties Ltd this building is heavily mortgaged with additional charges to other banks for overdraft purposes plus a charge by the previous owner.

He picked up a printed list and began to read

Chief A. I am well aware of that fact Ms.K Just as we know several of the active companies are going to be dissolved but that is not what I asked I repeat is this list correct.

Chief A. I have to Ask A.G. why so many companies ?

A.G I will have you know Chief .A I am a very successful entrepreneur who brings employment to North London I employ upwards of 500 people .

Chief A. A.G {we have a full and detailed account of your trading record, you have had a rollercoaster of trading over the years, in fact as far as we can determine with initial inquiries the companies listed over the past 30 years the total is mindboggling. We also note that many of the companies have been compulsorarily wound up in the High court to our reckoning about 32% in total.

Ms K this is beginning to feel more like an interrogation than an informal interview, we came here to discuss the allegations made mainly against A.G But I.H and myself are also included in these scurrilous postings.

Chief A. Ah the postings mm we checked these out and naturally followed it up with several calls to the USA. Fraudbug were very anxious to speak to us A.G you see they believe you are responsible for compromising their site and they tell us their own investigations are progressing satisfactorily, and tell us that by blocking only the posting referring to Eyecare International was a fairly large clue, they tell me when investigations are complete they intend to publish findings in full including names and locations. We also spoke to Rippoff report told us up front that they never reveal posters and the only way to gain legal access is through the Federal Courts and the only other way to get any information from these sites is to hack into them, did you Hack into Fraudbug A.G

Chief. A. No matter but if you intend to take action against these posters you might have to explain where you got your information.

A.G. Chief inspector this is obviously a complete waste of time we are being made to feel like criminals here. I think this interview is over.

He looked at Ian Harries and commented you have said nothing during this interview, but as director of most of these companies and operations manager for all Meade Group and the ultimate parent company the Harris holdings Ltd the onus is on you to produce these items, and I have to tell you Mr. Harries thee penalties for failure in this matter are very harsh indeed.

He shifted his gaze next to Stephanie Kleyman and said, all the writs in the world you might care to issue is not going to improve your chances in this matter Miss Kleyman, and I see you are already involved in litigation with some very heavy hitters at the moment over unpaid bills

He closed the file and rose; you will all remain here as we have someone else who wishes to speak to you all.

They left the room leaving three stunned people just looking at each other and before anyone had time to recover the door opened, a tall distinguished well dressed man stepped into the room with a broad smile on his craggy face, Morning he said pleasantly My Name is MR. Grabs A. Lot
