I have ordered for ABC Distributing about 4 times. I have had problems receiving merchandise, defected merchandise, and this last time, I said I can't take anymore. I order a Robe and Chemise Set. The first night I slept in the Chemise, the right strap broke, I sewed it back. When I washed it, (which on the label it said machine washable (which was washed on gentle cycle), after the wash, I removed it from the washer, and it started to just shredding.
I have tried to contact them on several occasions. I am calling long distance, when I get to the automation, I am on hold for about 20 to 30 minutes, when a customer service rep finally pick up, she turns around and hang up. I can never get in contact with them, but they email me and tell me they need their payment for the set.
I will email them back to try and inform them of this, but I never get a response, they informed me not to email them in reference to this compliant, but to call the 305-944-6971 number. I really don't think this is fair to good paying customer, and/or customer in general. I want to keep my credit in good standard, but I really don't know what to do. Should I pay them and keep the shredded merchandise, or try something different?
