Below is an exerpt from a Press Release from the AG of Washington. The complete PR can be read at the Washington AG website http://www.atg.wa.gov/pressrelease.aspx?&id=26940
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASESEATTLE The owners of an e-commerce company sued by the Washington Attorney Generals Office for repeatedly failing to deliver on their promises to help businesses nationwide sell their products online must pay for their actions, a judge decided.
The defendants made their living by taking thousands of dollars from small businesses, promising services they couldnt deliver, then closing shop as soon as customer complaints rolled in, Attorney General Rob McKenna said. Thanks to the excellent work of Senior Counsel Paula Selis and our Consumer Protection High-Tech Unit, these operators must cease their deceptive practices and pay back everyone they cheated.
The Washington Attorney Generals Office filed thecivil lawsuitin May 2009 in King County Superior Court against three Washington men: Jeremy Avey, Alexander Martin and Brent Stanphill. Also addressed in the suit are the businesses the men operated, including Cybercom Technologies, which did business in Bothell as Wizy-Wiz eCommerce; TNT Cart, which also operated under the name Strada Technologies in Kirkland and Seattle; and White Crane Technologies, which operated in Redmond. Since starting their operation in 2005, the defendants have used at least eight business names and various locations in the Seattle and Eastside areas. Their most recent business name is ABC eCommerce.

Let me get this straight my name is Joel Evan and the reply by me above is a false positive representation of me by the Company in an attempt to clean up the company's reputation to avoid a second lawsuit by unhappy customers and keep others from speaking out about how ABC Ecommerce LLC has scammed them. The Washington State Attorney General has brought this same group of internet thieves to court under several times under different internet business names for business fraud and the Attorney General has made these guys refund customers. This is just another attempt by ABC Ecommerce as a company to keep from being sued by unhappy customers and Congress for the third and fourth time. I can't believe ABC E- Commerce and the staff would stoop so low to just keep any light from being shed on their untrustworthy business practices. This is my constitutional right as a citizen to speak up for what I feel is unjust and just plain stomach aching sick. I am appalled by the level of support I have received which is none at all with the SEO, internet marketing, product research, and maintenance on my website they haven't provided and the first page ranking they promised foe my website. I will take full responsibility for the actions I have taken with investing with these crooks and losing all my money, but I won't stand up for them lying repeatedly over and over online about being this great big company when you have so many angry customers the owners had to change company names three times White Crane, TNT, = ABC ECOMMERCE = Rip Off ...
SEE`YOU GUYS IN COURT ...
I'M GETTING MY LAWYER
Don't call me anymore threatening me with lawsuits for complaining !!!
IT'S ILLEGAL

I am Joel L. Evan of www.waterfilterspurifiers.net and I strongly disagree with the negative attacks towards ABC Ecommerce posted above and I deny having written them. Someone used my name and my domain names to wrongly hurt what has been for me a perfectly good company!
ABC Ecommerce has honestly and fairly honored my contract with them in building my business web site and they continue to support my site. I am totally satisfied with the quality of ABC Ecommerce and highly recommend them to everyone starting an on-line business. I fully intend to continue to do business with ABC Ecommerce.
Again I say, I did not write the harmful previous post above. Someone falsely and illegally used my identity to try to damage ABC Ecommerce. All of the comments made in it are false, with the exception of using my name and my business domain names. I hereby refute and deny any connection to the previous Ripoffreport.com complaint!
