ABC Finance ripped me off La Mesa California
In 1998, I just graduated from Marine bootcamp. I was young a nieve. I was confronted by a good looking blonde girl. She asked me If I wanted a free Cd. My friend and I both went into an office near the mall and they take you into a cubical and con you into signing up for free cameras and film. They told me that when I travel I would be able to take pictures and they would develop them and make them any size poster size if I wanted ,for free. I was recorded on a tape recorder saying I would do this. I did it.
Besides that, I paid 90 dollars up front and was billed later for $1500. some odd dollars. I recieved threating letters throughout my career. They said, If i didnt pay they would take me to court and would be sued, whatever I didnt pay them, but it was ruining my credit. When I was in Okinawa Japan in 2002. I went to legal about this issue and didnt get much help.
They told me that my story sounded familar, but never did anything. I tryed writing this company nasty letters everything. They said they could use this against me. Anyway in 2003 I went to North Carolina then shipped to Kuwait. I came back from Kuwait with a whole lot of money saved. I decided I was going to get out soon and didnt need this on my credit, so I payed it regretfully. I just want to tell all you sailers and Marines watch out brothers for hot women trying to sell you stuff near horton plaza.
