Well, I tryed to sign my grandchild up for ABCmouse for the 30 day free trail and they took my information and credit card info andthe stuff never downloaded. Trying to reach anyone was impossible. I am now waiting for the first billing cycle so I can have my bank cancel the payment and report them!
