Abhi Rastogi CEO of 108 media The CEO & assc's with his 108 media distribution company has LIED to me numerous times about paying the PAST DUE monies owed. Breaching the contract repeatedly.

Abhi Rastogi is the CEO of 108 media, which is a film distribution company based in Toronto, Canada but Ahbi lives in Singapore, allegedly. My film has generated profits according to the sales reports provided by Ahbi's 108 media. These profits totaling in the thousands have not been paid to me and they were due in 2018. I have numerous e-mails confirming this straight from Ahbi & 108 media.
To my fellow filmmakers stay away from Ahbi Rastogi & 108 media if you don't want to be a victim like myself and other producers (who I've since met and who I'm working with to recover the funds owed to us).
Below is the most recent e-mail straight from Ahbi Rastogi....Invoices were sent to him directly and no payment was ever never sent to me.

Hey Lawrence I hope ur well. sorry for delay, we have had some internal issues and mostafa is no longer working with us actively.
I am now taking over the past due payments. can u please resend me ur full wire details. The funds are coming from our international account in Asia.
Also I noticed the name of the account is not same as that from where the invoice is issued.
Please send me asap so I can release the funds. I really am sorry for delay and will do our best not to be behind any further.

Today Feb 11th, 2019, CEO Abhi Rastogi has completely addressed my complaints regarding the severely past due monies owed. To his credit, he called me and we discussed and addressed all of my concerns. We mutually agreed to terminate our contract, the past due monies were PAID IN FULL. I have no ill will towards him or his company.
