ISP comes up as France Telecom?

When I checked out AboutAstro.com's IP information the ISP came up as France Telecom. I thought that this was out of France? I'm curious how you found out this information about the owner, Terry? I am another person who was ripped for $60 off by this imposter scumbag Terry aka Jenna a few years ago. I found out about the scam within the past year and have been posting my story everywhere I've found information about AboutAstro and Jenna. This guy needs to be taken down and JAILED. He's ripped off people around the world and keeps ripping off people. Thanks for the information. I hope people will report this guy. I write social media articles and if this guy knows anything about reputation management his game is OVER! He's going down VERY soon!
