I had ordered a handbag from this companies website, i went through and put credit card info and it went through i will put below the emails back and fourth between myself and the who not professional at all person writing back and the person representing the company.

They all of a sudden SOME purse for me then cancelled it AGAIN the next day-

ME-I got a message on the 17th saying that my order was shipped? and now its been cancelled? did the purse get sent or not??



--Now the next two are their reply to my message, which is very rude like their messing with me. first i got one that says NO. exactly like that then four min later a message that says YES.    Just giving me a runaround and not an answer. these people are very rude and no help whatsoever, now i have to wait and see if the money is refunded.

This is the person who the credit card belongs to and I AM the one who used it and ordered the purse, so i dont know where their getting their information. They ask for the cards billing address and then ask for the address where it should be sent.. obviously its going to be different quite often. This company must have a lot of problems. Also even when they cancelled the order my girlfriend wrote back to them and told them this same thing i have emails to prove it. sounds to me like they made these excuses up because they didnt have the purse after they already let me order it and give my credit card information. besides all of this it was very unprofessional the rudeness with the emails back and fourth. in my opinion i would suggest people not work with this company seems only problems come of it.

The order was placed on hold due to security reasons.  The buyer used a credit card that belonged to someone else.  The address of the billing didn't match the shipping address.  We had to follow Visa, Mater card and our bank terms and conditions and placed the card and the order on hold.  We contacted the customer and her explanation was not verified by our bank.  According to the bank, her name had to be on the card to be authorized user.  Therefore, we had to cancel the order and refund the money.  Due to credit card regulations, we couldn't discuss the matter with her since her name was not on the credit card.  However, we suggested to contact her bank to check on her refund.  We value all of our customers and that's why we try to keep an eye on all orders to prevent fraud and unauthorized users.
