Absolute Reservation & WholeSale Connection Company Beware.!! Vacation travelers to Orlando - AmeriSuites Timeshares. ripoff Maitland Virginia
Watch out for Wholesale Connection Company-WCC, Absolute Reservation and the Cayman Cay Welcome Center. These scam artists will sell you hotels nights/days to Orlando which are free from other companies. Watch out for add-on fees like "activation fees" which WCC does not disclose till too late into the sale. After the sale, forgot trying to get courteous phone support from WCC... they got their money... they have now turned you over to Absolute Reservation who will then try to sell you hotel upgrades-- supposedly to make it more convenient for your to attend and be closer to Disney or Universal.
What they don't tell you is that after you pay for the upgrade, it is not honored when you check in Florida at the Cayman Cay Welcome center where they will send you. At the Cayman Cay Welcome center they will front you with a somewhat english speaking receptionist -- who will then tell you your upgrade does not count. They will proceed to put you up in a hotel of their liking.
Altogether-- these hidden fees add up to: $58 for activating your vacation package with Absolute Res., then $30-50 more per night for upgrades., In addition to this the Cayman Cay Welcome center will insist on scanning both your drivers license and your credit card ...as "identification".... can you imagine where those photo copies go..with our identity.
So they get you coming and going.... I complained to AmeriSuites "representatives" during the timeshare seminar..but did not get any resolution except their claim that these folks have not connection with them.... but how so, if they hired them to do the telemarketing and the welcome center.... Shame on AmeriSuites for having such vendors work for them then.
