I thought I was purchasing a free trial of the product and this crooked company stole 99.96 from my account! 

I called the company and I reached a woman who could barely speak english.  I told her that I wanted to cancel this order and I wanted a refund.  She said that if I cancelled I couldn't get a refund.  I could get my money back if I completed a rebate form and fax it to them and they would refund my money. However,  you have to have the receipt email,  I never received an email.  She said she would email the receipt info and rebate form.  But she did not. 

I called back 2 hours later and I talked to "Joseph"   who was english speaking.  I told "Joseph" about my previous conversation and I explained that I just want to cancel my order or any membership I may have signed up for. I told him that I didn't care about a refund at that point because from all the complaints I have found about the company I doubt I will get my money back.  

"Joseph" got a little upset that I implied that his company is stealing from innocent people and told me to calm down.  I told him that I'm fine,  I only want to cancel this order and I have filed complaints with the BBB and with Consumer Affairs. "Joseph" explained that I would have to speak with a supervisor because I "escalated the call"  whatever that means.....

After about 10 minutes on hold I finally spoke with "Dan"  the supervisor.  He said that he would cancel my membership,  figures it was some membership that continues to withdraw/steal money, and he would send me a confirmation email.  For the second time that day, no email.

I called the company a third time and I talked to a no name guy who told me that my membership is cancelled. I told him that "Dan the supervisor" promised me a confirmation email and he said, very nervously,"ummm,  ma'am,  well....I promise your membership is cancelled."  Are you kidding me???  I asked him if I would get an email and he finally said...NO.  At least this kid was semi-honest.

This company is a joke!  Their employees are a joke!  This is a total scam and I wish I would have done a little research before orderimg from them.
