Offer is for FREE Trial of product. Order page said you will be charged $99.96 and when you file the rebate form you will be refunded your money. You can cancel at anytime, if you do not cancel within 30 days you will be charged $99.96 for the second shipment. This was all fine with me. BUT once I submitted the order and got the rebate form, the rebate is in the form of a VISA giftcard that expires in 90 days. Also your rebate willnot be processed for 40 days until you have paid for the second shipment for $99.96. I immediately called the company to cancel and was told the order was already processed and they would not cancel the order or refund my money. The would cancel the future order but told me there was NO WAY I was getting back the $99.96 for the first order. I asked for a supervisor and he said there was not one there. He was VERY rude and it was quite obviously that he knew exactly what to say and that this was standard process for them to have people call to cancel. I explained that this was fraud and misleading and he just blew me off. BEWARE OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

On the very first page you fill out for this trial it says that by clicking you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of the trial. All you have to do is click on the T&Cs at the bottom of that same page and this comes up:
3.2 How to Cancel Your Order After the 14 Day Trial Period
Unless you contact our Customer Care Department at 877-529-3745 or visit us online at www.advcolcs.com to cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to receive a fresh 60 day supply of AdvancedColon every two months, and your credit card on file will be automatically charged.
Your request for cancellation, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for payment of any Product that has either already been shipped to you or that has already been delivered to you at the time of your cancellation. If you request a cancellation within the 14 Day Trial Period and return the Product to us using your RMA number, described below, within thirty (30) days from the date you cancelled your order, you will not be charged for any Product and will only be charged the shipping and handling fees. (Please see the Trial Terms and Conditions section, above, and the Product Returns section below).
3.3 Shipping and Handling Charges/Refund Policy
Regardless of whether you cancel your order within the Trial Period or not, you will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges that you selected upon ordering the Product. ***Nowhere does it state you will get ANY refund after the first 30 days are up. You should be thankful that they allowed you the Visa debit card at all******
