I am very mad. I saw the ad on my email for acai berry, as supposedly recommended on the Oprah Winfrey show. Thought I would give it a try because it was a free sample, and you only had to pay $5.95 for
shipping. That was a big mistake. I had noticed that they charged my account immediately not only the $5.95,
but $1.00 for insurance which I certainly didn't sign up for - why would I want insurance on a free sample. So I thought about calling about that, and then told someone I will just let this keep the dollar but that is a crooked way of doing business. Boy did I called them right when I llook on my checking account and
saw that I had been charged $88.97 for Iwin Herbal at 1-866-440-7533 in CA. I was shocked to say the least - and immmediately called -- had to call five times before someone picked up the line -- then he immediately hunfg
up when I told him I didn't authorized him to take not only the $88 but the $1.00 -- after three more times calling they never answered the phone. So now I have to go to the bank to put a block on my account, and try
to do what I can to get my money added back to my account for not only being ripped off, but not receiving any merchandise. I am sorry the world is what it is - full of phoneys and demons.

Our company is not endorsed by Oprah Winfrey, nor do we offer free samples, nordo we charge customer credit card data without their specific authorization to do so, nor do we offer auto-reship or do we engage in auto-rebilling.
