TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I OBTAIN THIS INSURANCE COMPANY THROUGH AN AGENT.

HE CHARGE ME $350.00 TO START INSURANCE BUT MY PAYMENT

$410.00 A MONTH.MY SON HAD AN ACCIDENT ON DECEMBER7,2015.

I KEEP CALLING MY SUPPOSE TO REPRESENTIVE AND SHE WILL NOT

RETURN MY CALLS.I HAVE CALLED HER SUPERIOR SEVERAL TIMES AND

HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS.AND EVERY TIME I CALL NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING AND KEEP REFERRING ME BACK TO COLLEN RHEEM.I HAVE DATES AND TIMES OF MY CALL AND WHO I SPOKE TO.THE AMOUNT IS ONLY ABOUT $300.00 BUT I AM DUE IT.SINCE I WAS PAYING $423.00 A MONTH FOR CAR INSURANCE.

 

PLEASE HELP ME.ALL I WANT IS WHATS DUE ME.THEY TOOK MY MONEY FAITHFUL WITHOUT A DOUBT.

NOW I WANT MY SERVICE TAKEN CARE OF.I HAVE SENT EMAILS WITH ANSWER BCK.AND I AM TIRED.
