I purchased a stairlift from Jim Clore of Access Mobility LLC on Nov. 4, 2016. On Nov. 21. 2016 he agreed to refund my $3200.00 that I gave him in form of a personel check as he had cancelled all install dates. As of todays date ( Jan. 14, 2017) I have yet to receive my money.

This customer was refunded 100% of the deposit paid. This was completed and resolved many months ago. This matter was closed in a matter that was satisfactory to the customer.

Access Mobility Equipment, LLC has been in business for 10 years. The owner has 22+ years in the medical equipment and accessibility equipment businesses. Over this period of time, there have been hundreds (or more) satisfied customers. Unfortunately, during 2015-2016, there have been financial challenges and difficult times. This was one of those times.
This matter has been resolved and the complaint is closed. This customer has received a 100% refund as she requested.
