Complaint Review: ACCESS-NOW.net - Centennial Colorado

Department Head Jeff Moerke has an extensive Criminal History!(Public Record) This company has FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN  me for $2,900 for a website that I authorized them to build for $500.00 and they charged me $500. Then they charge me 495. to optimize the site that was never built and then they charge me double for both of those so now I've got two websites that have never been built and 2 optimizations that have never been done. The website was never built yet they build me for both of those things twice and started building the monthly at $99 a month or something like that which they are even billing me double on that. and now they got it up to about $2,900. PLUS OVERDRAFT FEES!  I orginally spoke with a Guy named Dan, who I later find out is there top salesman, or ripoff artist. They promote secure garaunteed traffic with something called traffic boost, which is just a fancy name. I was lied to and told it was real traffic, later to find out that the Department Head Jeff Moerke (after some digging find out that he has a really scary Criminal History!(Public Record) and yes that means Prison time, Lots of it, years...., so I am told.) In addition to that, I find out the whole traffic boost and seo is a COMPLETE SCAM, they boots your traffic with traffic bots and webcrallers then show you the results which look like real people going to your website but it is as criminal as the charges these scam artists charge! They have repeatedly lied, technically charged me money, or stole it is a better term for it! Unauthorized Transactions! After doing more digging I find out the Location of this company is on the bottom floor of a Company Called Electronic Payment Systems. Same address, Same BS different company, hidden in the same company. 

Google: Jeff Meorke and Feel free to do a criminal backround check on him before you DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS, you will be floored! There are companies that will run a criminal check for very little money. 10.00  or some will do it free! Criminal History is a matter of public record.

I finanlly, got a hold of someone in Access now dept of electronic payment systems, she was very helpful but finally said there was nothing she could do to help. The decisions are made by John Dorsey and someone else named Lane Doresy I am guessing they are brothers. I later find out they own another scam company called Electronic Payment systems found at eps-na.com

However I called her back and she no longer worked there. I was told by Jeff Moerke that she was fired. I called her back on one of the numbers she called me from (turns out it was her cell) and she said she was fired the next day. She told me the company hires and fires every week and preys on criminals who cannot pass a background check and these people have access to your social and bank account  !!! Wow....scary. She later tells me she is sorry, and lets me know the Parent Company: out of the same location is EPS-na.com was sanctioned or sued by the federal gov't for unfair business practices....I almost fell out of my chair. (More public Record on this I am sure) But just going off what she told me , a former employee of EPS-na.com and access-now.net
