I am very experienced in ordering products online and have never encountered a worse company. I placed an order online and never received an email confirmation. A few days later they called my home and tried to sell me accessories. A week later I called to inquire as to the status of my order and was treated so rudely I couldn't believe my ears. (I am originally from NY and am no stranger to rudeness). I called back several times to try and cancel, not sure if they will send the camera anyway but I will refuse shipment. THEY SUCK!
