I had the exact same problem above. They pretty much ripped me off of 60 dollars also. They also charged me me a Technician to check my line and said it was an inside wiring problem. This was not the case, I now how a different phone company and they turned it on without a problem and DID NOT HAVE TO COME INSIDE. I'm going to try to file a lawsuit soon against these people cause they are crooked in everyway. Just a little advise this compnay is a con and the customer service is horrible. If you think this is deal think again, they will screw you in anyway they can.

They promise you unlimited long distance, which worked wonderfully for months. Then they changed the way you call, you would first have to call a 1-800 number to access your long distance. Then they put a limit on the amount of calls you can make within a day. Did I forget to mention this was unlimited long distance. I have had their service for quite some time. Sometimes I go 2 or 3 months without receiving a bill. Then they call the day before the bill is due to tell me I am scheduled for disconnection the following day. Now what kind of service is that. You end up having to pay a reconnect charge and instead of the 24 hours they promise you, it is sometimes a week before they re-establish my phone service.
