Our policies for verification and customer service are quite stringent with regards to accuracy and satisfaction. It is a policy of the sales staff to ask if they are speaking to a customer who is in the position of authorization to make purchases for the company. If the person in which the sales person is speaking to confirms they have the authorization to purchase for the company why would have no reason to question or doubt this. Before an order can be shipped to a customer there is a multi-step process of verification before it can actually be shipped.
Once and order is made between a customer and a member of the sales staff, the order will again be verified by phone with a member of our verification staff to ensure the customer is confirming the accuracy of the merchandise, the cost, terms of payment, correct ship-to and bill-to address and additional contact information. If all of these items are not verified, we will not ship an order and there are no exceptions to this.
Because the order is verified we have no reason to believe an order is not being shipped that is not wanted. We will cover all shipping costs for order delivery and is the customer’s responsibility to cover return should they simply not want it. If order was incorrect (different than verified) or defective Ace will gladly return at it's expense.
