I hope you can help, I have been on phone with Acer for over 3 hours, 1st spoke to Brian who said problem would be taken care of and laptop replaced. Then spoke to Trica who refused to make defective product good. All I have been asking that Acer make this defective product good. It is clear that damage from laptop was done at factory as exterior box was ok, and computer film on laptop is intact, never removed. I have photos of damage. This laptop was purchased for a graduation present for a student who has enlisted into the Air Force. All I am asking is for Acer to make good.

I need help on correcting a problem with a Acer Aspire 3690-2672 p/n lx.afloj.044 model bl50 s/n LXAFLOJO444804D861601 laptop computer. This machine was bought 01/16/2007 by a client of mine on my referal to Tiger Direct for a graduation gift. Graduation was last week and when the computer was opened it did not work. The computer still has the protective film on it, and you can tell that the computer was damage before it ever left the acer factory, as there are several small indetations on the film and the computer. What I need is a exchange return authorization number for a defective product. I would appricate you expiditing this matter as this is a gift for Ket who has enlisted in the Air Force and is due to ship out in 30 days. Help PLEASE

I have been on the phone to Tiger over an issue with the laptop in this order was defective.

I am a computer tech in Phoenix, Arizona, a client, purchaser, came to me and asked where she could get a computer for her sons graduation. I refered her to Tiger, she bought on 01/16/2007, hid the computer for months. On Graduation day, purchaser, gave son the Laptop, and it did not even boot, My name is mud, right now, I was told by a Charles that product was discontinued, but he could get someone to help me set up and exchange. The phone transfered failed, when I called back I spoke to a Patiana, who stated the Tiger return policy is 30 days, I explained I was told it would be exchanged by Charles, but she insisted on tiger return policy, when I requested to speak to a superviser, the superviser would not get on the phone.

I was pleasent throughout this whole conversation as I need something done fast. This makes me look bad as well as tiger. Kent is going in the Air Force in 60 days, and is very disappointed right now, as am I. Please override the tiger policy, take care of this for me. I do not want to have to go to a Newschannel for help, it would not be good PR for tiger to get that kind of reputaion in a city as large as phoenix. Again Please help me.
