We first order to this company around august 2013 usinga credit card, it was not easy to order and their website to log in do not runs well. I kept trying to help my friend who wnated to smoke some Kiss slim cigarette much better for her health.
First order arrived after 35 days, shipped from Moldavia.
We passed another order, this time our credit card was rejected, we contcated them and they did not send any informations why our credit card worked the first time but not the second time, ( they probably blocked us or blocked french credit cards).
We decided to pay by bank transfer then, which we did, second order arrived with more delays, instead of being processed in one week, it was processed in 2 weeks and then shipped from Moldavia.
We then decided to pass a thrid order paying by bank transfer again, it has nto been processed before 3 weeks passed, ( my fried was really stressed as she had to go back to smoke heavy cigarette three times due to their manners and delay they imposed us).
This time the order was blocked by customs in Madrid, after one week we receioved a proposal to clear this shipment, we paid 73,90 euros for 30 packs of slim cigarette and the customs wanted ( due to the tobacco tax import in Europe) about 298 euros more. so it will bring the total of the order for 30 packs at 370 euros appraoximatly.
We contacted the company to explain the situation, they first were sorry and said they will send more cigarette a next time. I was not very happy with this resolution as the replacment could also be blocked by customs and we will be then responsible for not paying import taxes and have shipments blocked.
When we finally let us know it will be 298 euros of tax to pay, they said you should pay it. and that thery will sedn us some " free pills" ???, i responded and asked if this was a joke? no replies.
We totally lost the order due to their manners, you should know from where yo order what taxes you will face to pay befoire to do anything and they never let us knowm, they are not even aware, while they offered to sell tobacco per 90 packs , who could bring the tax up to 870 euros.
Of course we will never received our products ordered and eiother a refund from this company.
