A phone Call to my Place of Business at 6:40am which is 1st ilegal of calling hours no matter what State can not be before 8AM: 2 ilegal to call a Place of Business and 3 because the debt was over paid to the original creditor and I have proof of reciepts;
It was also an ilegal messages - this is Daniel Collins and the message is to mary ____
we have three avdafits to your socical security nunber and if you dont call me back at 813 388-4157 I will be sueing you for non payment of debt - which can not be left on any ourgoing message and when I did call and ask for a mamanger this other man yelles at me to pay the bill - I dont owe them - he did not say who what or how much
I adviced him I dont owe, your on notice dont call her again to my Law Office he said he will continue then I said I will find you and you will lose your bond to practice in that State and dont call or threaten again you have broken the Law and had picked the wrong person to harrass
