ACTION ELECTRIC... OWNER RANDY MEASE A MAN WAS IN OUR CONDO BASEMENT REMOVING SCREWS FROM MY PERSONAL BREAKER PANEL/ATTACH DEVICE TO MY ELECTRIC METER. i ASKED HIS NAME"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS"MY PERSONAL METER"i DON'T GIVE A S###"I WENT T DES MOINES, Iowa
A man was in our condo basement removing screws from my personal breaker panel and attaching a device w/cords to my electric meter. I asked him his name and he stated,"None of your business".He knew this was my personal electric meter...saying"I don't give a s***". I went to my condo and called the police. I then returned to ask his name again and he stated he works for Action Electric. I then called them and asked to speak with owner. His name and the name of the office girl were also refused...she laughed.
After more than 20yrs in Customer Service and dealing with many businesses I was alarmed with these responses. I have never had any previous contact with this company or any of their employees...and of course I never will. I would advise that no one contact this company for any reason. This man who did not have my permission, nor did anyone have permission to attach/tamper with my meter and...this man also refused to give the officer his name.I filed a report with the DMPD,BBB and attorney.
