Action MobileHomes, Inc. Sold me a Mfg. home that isnt up to code and the warranty they sold is no good with out that. Bloomington California
On 8-7-05 I agreeded to buy a 1997 Skyline mobilehome for $35,000 that, then it turned out to be a 1977, ok and it has electrical problems, sewer problems, steps falling thru no steps on side bedroom just a drop off. Garbage comes up thru the bathroom sink, toilet and tub, the sink smells like waste. The kitchen sink back up every other day and nothing is even being put down the garbarge disbosal. There is mold in the side master bedroom along the wall and carpet. they cant produce a permit for the add on room. No earthquake straps and no fire and smoke detectors. I am disbled and they knew this and I thought they were going to help me, the agent who I bought it from said not to worry.
Then I was sold a warranty for a year and the company said they won't warranty anything until it brought up to code, they have sent someone out here four times. Action said to resell it with them and they would help me get something else. I can't do that cause the next people will be having the same problems I'm having.I have filed a small claims suit along with reporting them to Housing Development Dept., and etc.
So BEWARE if anyone is getting ready to use them.
