After reading the same night that I filed my report, there was a phone number on here for Mr. Orr, one of the owners, and I contacted him late that night and told him my situation. He told me that he would have one of his managers to contact me first thing in the morning. Well, that following morning, I received a phone call from Kristen and she told me that Mr. Orr had contacted them and asked them to give me a call. Well, after having a very polite and nice conversation with her. My account is now cancelled and my money was refunded to me. Thank you Mr. Orr for your promptness to canceling my account with your company. Thank you Kristen for making sure that I received my refund and canceling my account and for not being rude like other people who work there are. Thank you

Well, after reading Bob's information and I do have to say "WAY TO GO!" I was ver motivated to contact Mr. Orr and explained my situation to him and that I would appreciate him helping me to resolve this matter with his company and I also explained to him that I am a single mother of two small children and that I do not want their magizines. Like Bob's wife I just wanted one for my kids. The love DISNEY and I thought that one magaizne wouldn't be all that bad to pay for each month but they lied to me and over charged me. Well, Mr. Orr stated that he would have his manager to contact me first thing in the morning. Let's see what the morning brings. Bob you did an outstanding job in searching and finding out the information that you did.
