Purchased 3 Heat Pumps and 2 Never Shipped. Continually lied until I had to cancel order. HORRIBLE customer service.
On January 12, 2015 our company purchased 3 heat pumps from AC Wholesalers. 2 of the heat pumps they said would take 2 weeks to receive. After 2 weeks we called the company to get the status on the remaining 2 heat pumps. They promised it would be delivered within a few days. After another week, we called and they promised us the order would be in within that week. After multiple calls back and forth, we were told on February 6, 2015 that the units were in (only after we called) and were being shipped that day.
We were charged fully for the units but on Wednesday, February 11th were were told the units weren't even arriving until February 20th. After multiple calls, the management refused to speak with us. They offered us a total of $135 off our order of $5597.10. They refused to do any more for us. We had to find another company to work with because they first wouldn't stop lying about their product and secondly, their refusal to have management contact me back. Our company just started and plan on purchasing 5-10 houses per year and they have permanently lost our business because of their poor customer service.
