Yes I did suggest we meet of course how else was I going to get my money back ?
AS YOU BLOCKED ALL MY PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADRESSES
In your last report you have finally admitted that the crown had been changed
and the bracelet was from another watch
also the boxes were no correct for the year and the ends were fake
WELL DONE ADRIAN for having the decency AT LAST to admit the watch was a bi metal conversion
well if you had put that in your listing on EBay I would never have bought the watch FACT
this is how you should have listed it
A STEEL 1985 rolex datejust 16000 between the lugs converted to look like a bi metal 16300
wonder why you did not show a picture of the number between the lugs as you do with some of your other listings ( strange)
but well done for admitting your mistake about not knowing as it was a 30 years old watch
which you now claim you are not responsible for
well let me tell you that you are responsible under UNDER THE TRADES DISCRIPTION ACT 1979 MISDISCRIBED GOODS
AND UNDER THE MISREPRESENTATION SALE OF GOODS ACT 1967
As you keep going on about the steel bezel of course it's got a steel bezel its a stainless steel watch
you told me you but that bezel on to match the steel numbers on the dial ( another lie)
but you advertised it as a gold/steel rolex datejust
Deliberately misleading the viewers into thinking it was a genuine bi metal rolex not a steel conversion as it is
And yes it is a free world and you can call me all the names you want
but try and keep to the actual case facts as you are losing all credibility with your silly remarks and pathetic excusess
have a nice day
Peter
and you right again it is a free world
have a nice day

Only people with no manners use capital letters only!
It was described in my listing and even a child would see that the bezel in the watch was stainless steel one (not gold which has a different colour - even kids know that).
All the parts of the Watch were genuine Rolex!
It was a 30 years old watch and I do not take responisibility if one had a bracelet changed or a crown or had a Rolex box from a different model perhaps? Why not? It is a free world. It was all described there and seen on the pictures. It was saying: "NOTE the bezel in this watch is stainless steel". Only ignorants are not reading what they're buying and here is the best example of one.
I also attach an email proving the buyer himself suggested meeting in Peterborough as this was on his way to the Antique Fair. Why would I force him to come and see me?
I was generous and kind enough to take back a watch with a scratched buckle (someone was wearing the watch for nearly 3 months!) and the gold part from the bracelet end link was glued, even the hesalite crystal was dirty with glue which I discovered afterwards - it was a sloppy fix that probably the buyer did himself quickly.
Instead of appreciating my good intentions that I've taken the watch back (damaged!!!) at full refund - then I hear only this and that. Shame on you conman buyer! I do not run a watch rental company !!! and you had told me the watch would come back to me exactly in the same condition as it was when you bought it in Novemeber. If you were honest you'd ask me how much I had to spend to bring the watch back to the lovely condition it was before you damaged it.
I really cannot stand liars. One lie after another, and your lies about a Rolex report which DOES NOT EXIST.
You have conned me and this is the truth! Now you say you'd never buy from me but you said to me you'd buy a mint Rolex from 1985 if it was available - for Katie maybe? Stop lying and admit I've treated you well and fair accepting the return of the damaged watch. Why you escalate this if at the end this is me who is the victim here as I had to cover the damage you have done! Think logically!

Now I attach more evidence to show how Peter Cross/Mac/Michael Cullinane (?) acts like a person being out of his mind.
Adrian

This man: Peter Cross of Rochester City Diesel, **** Rochester, Kent, ME1 2EW, England, Mobile (((redacted))) using also name Michael Cullinane (alias Mac?) and emails (((redacted))) and (((redacted))), having also a few ebay accounts (quite common is: mac_444) in fact bought the watch from me in November 2014.
He was saying that he has been collecting Rolex watches for 25 or 30 years (he claims to have Rolex watches worth GBP 250,000) but it took him 3 months to realize that the bezel on the watch was stainless steel in this watch (not gold – which was described in my listing and underlined!). When the buyer himself couldn’t sell the watch and make a profit on it he came back to me after nearly 3 months (when I only accept returns up to 14 days) with silly accusations that the watch has a fake bracelet, or fake ends and the bezel is not gold which he exactly knew from the pictures and description before he had even committed to buy!
The truth is when he couldn’t sell the watch on and make money on it he got obsessed with finding a way to return the watch to me for a full refund. In the meanwhile probably one of his Sunday market watchmakers told him rubbish about the bracelet ends (?) - this was probably (on that Sunday) the first genuine Rolex watch they both had ever seen.
I have all this emails as evidence, Peter Cross (sometimes Michael Cullinane) was acting like crazy, rude, annoyed that he couldn’t sell the watch on and make a profit on it. He started then attacking and harassing me with those silly accusations. I told him to go to Rolex and find out that everything there was 100% genuine Rolex and not to ask people who have no idea about watches. Obviously he has never been anywhere as he knew I was right. This is exactly how Rolex makes those bracelet links. The watch was exactly as described and every single part was genuine there. On the picture you can see how he/they damaged the bracelet end and were trying to glue it, then broke again to take those pictures in February.
I met the buyer on the 20th March 2015 in Peterborough face to face and gave him a full refund even though the bracelet end link was damaged as you can see from the pictures he has taken (how silly to damage something and even photograph it for evidence – why would he damage it if as he says he has a Rolex report that nobody has ever seen (!)) and the bracelet clasp was scratched. I even had no idea he has filed and written such lies about me (!). When I asked about the (famous) Rolex report that he had promised to bring with the watch – he said he had forgotten it and he will email me a copy (never happened – LIAR, LIAR). We shook hands at the end even though he knew he had published those lies online with my name on it!
Peter Cross was all the time lying about a Rolex report on the watch but he had never one to show. I was so generous and took the watch back for the full refund even though it was damaged like you can see on the pictures here – he broke the solid gold part off (or one of Peter Cross’s Sunday market watchmakers) and then he used super glue to put it back on before I was about to collect the watch. He told me this happened itself (ha ha). I have a busy life and I was tired of all those harassments that Peter Cross (if that is his real name) was causing.
I have an excellent Ebay feedback and lots of happy and returning Customers worldwide. Shame I got this Peter Cross (or Mac / Michael Cullinane?) - I am still not sure what his real name is (he did not let me transfer the money to his bank account but he had taken cash for it which he had signed for as “Peter Cross” which was also very odd to me as I offered him a banker’s draft payment – very secure bank transfer which he could witness when we met) and even if any of those names?
At the beginning when the buyer wanted to buy the watch he was sending different questions from different ebay/email accounts. When I asked him if he knows who Michael Cullinane is – he said he had no idea – after 3 months he is sending emails from Michael Cullinane’s email account telling me later this is his business partner.
If you’re a trader and you do not wish to have any problem beware of those names if you ever seen them in your Mailbox delete and ban once forever. I have evidence for all of it and I am happy to help and assist you.
Also the buyer says I have banned him on Ebay – yes, when he was rude to me he was banned. Then he tried from his another account, and another and each time he was rude – he was banned. I always do that and I told the buyer to act like a gentleman. He improved then and we had an email correspondence. I was always as cooperative but I hate when someone is telling lies or trying to con me.
I told him to send the watch for full inspection and if what he was saying was true and right I would have refunded him in full – which he refused to do. I said then: “When you bought it you trusted me and now you don’t trust to send it for inspection?”
He was also forcing me to give him a full refund FIRST (!!! – who would normally do that???) and then he would post the watch to me (ha ha, that’s a good one – he said a Police officer advised him to do that J and the Police officer told him that “I must listen”), then he said ½ of the value would be fine – if I pay – so he can send the watch, a few days before he was supposed to meet me in March he asked me by email for 300 pounds (GBP) payment to him - so we could forget about the whole situation and he could keep the watch – silly fraud!!! – so why one would keep a watch if something was fake there ??
I love democracy but I cannot understand why one can register here and publish such lies like Peter Cross/Mac/Michael Cullinane (?) has/have done?
Why one wants to damage my excellent reputation?
Jealous? He’s got paid for it? He was trying to con me on having the watch and the money and it did not work? He does not have a life?? Simply he was trying to make a profit on my Rolex watch but he couldn’t (he does not know anything about Rolex – he even had no idea Rolex was also using hesalite crystals in many of their models) and once he couldn’t make money on it – he got frustrated - so he came back to me after 3 months to harass me, threat and tell lies and publish such lies online here! Ridiculous.
I am pleased thanks to this Website that I could have warned you who have a nice watch to sell as one day Peter Cross alias Mac alias Michael Cullinane or maybe some other name he’d invent from Rochester (UK) will email you – so be aware of this mad man, he is either schizophrenic or a smart fraudster using different names and account. Once he buys and cannot make a profit on it he will be all over you in the worst possible way.
Good day to all of you! And thank you for your time!
Peter
