Adshareit.com product never would convert over to the full version ripoff Internet
I tried their freeware AVI to DVD converter on the internet. It seemed to work just fine. But after I purchased the software and registered it. The product never would convert over to the full version. So, I e-mailed at least for some support. two weeks of no response i starting e-mailing every e-mail address they had on there web site.
I received no response. So i called the only telephone number on their web site and i was told by the operator that they had no affiliation with that web site or company. So i confirmed the number and she told me that the number was correct but they had no affiliation with that web site. So i then called my credit card company and ask for a number or address of the company. I then called that number and had it was just a third party billing company.
I ask for a full refund or some support. At this point i did receive a "standard form letter" from adshareit stating they would not give me any kind of refund. Since that time i have continued to e-mail all of their addresses and i received no other correspondence.
