ADT Outrageous Early Termination Fees Internet
I rented a home for 2 years. ADT "accepted" the old Brinks system and set up monitoring. At the end of my 2 years, I'm trying to terminate the monitoring and they are charging me for 0 of the 3 year contract. So now I owe $453. They never told me about the 3 year commitment and I've requested a paper copy of the "contract" I signed. This was not a new system and I'm waiting to see the exact language of the contract, but I don't think I have any recourse but to pay up.
