First time ordering from these guys.  They're always advertising special discounts.  Even with the 25$ discount and free shipping (their shipping prices are very high) I figure I saved about 10% from buying locally but I thought whatever give it a try.  Geez what a mistake.  First they send the wrong part.  Okay I call them and they order another part and they're going to send me a shipping label to return the original.  A week goes by and no shipping label.  I call 'em again.  They sent a shipping label by pdf to my email.  I print it return the original part and the old part for the core charge.  Go to the local ups store and find out that it's not a prepaid label and they want $12 to ship it.  Call 'em again.  Oh yeah, you didn't read the fine print which said "not an exact fit" and so you have to pay the return shipping.  What!  I've never heard of any such thing.  Who buys parts that may or may not fit?  Okay I send it back by mail and get an email that they're going to refund for the original part plus the core charge. A couple of days go by and I remember that they charged me twice for the core charge; once on the original and once on the replace part but they only refunded me the core charge on the original part which I never used which makes no sense.  Call 'em again.  Now I'm put on hold for 15mins.  Finally the customer rep comes and apologizes for the wait, blah, blah.  So I said, "you'll send me an email right?" "I have to go, just go ahead and do whatever and send me an email".  Guess what?  No email and no refund.  I had to call my card company and complain and dispute the charges.  Oh and I forgot to mention.  On my original order when I got the part there were no instructions on returning the old part for the core charge.  When I called them they said, "why bother to return it when the shipping is probably more than the charge", which basically means that they want to pocket the charges.  In the end I saved probably about 10 or 15 dollars over buying the parts locally.  Not nearly worth the hassle.  Got the $25 discount coupon that was part of the promotion that attracted me in the first place but now I can't use it even if I wanted because their online site is down with no word when they'll be back up.
