Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation Based in Columbus, Ohio Services some of the largest corporations in the country such as Target, Pac Sun, Ameriprise to name a few. the company is a complete Ponzi Scheme scanning the Internet utilizing services such as service magic and home advisor to find there next victim. They call unsuspecting facilities maintenance companies throwing around the large corporation names as bait, to perform services such as HVAC, Electrical, Handy man and Plumbing services for their clients. You receive a written Purchase Order to perform the service then get a written signature from AFMC customer that the job was complete, You submit the invoice and sign off based on the terms written right on the agreement from AFMC.

This is where the trouble begins they then try to bunch a couple work orders together in a short time frame while your awaiting payment from the original job, or simply no payment is ever made and if you call no one answers, no one replies and as soon as they mistakenly call you back to do another job and you decline for non payment you are then completely ignored. Then they more than likely get the money from the client and go find another unsuspecting tradesman to steal from. They are stealing from the tradesman who has performed the service.
