Advanced Flooring inc poor workmanship and even worst customer service Portland Oregon
Hired these fools to install shower tile in new build they SUCK! For several months been attemping to resolve issue but they are just playing games !vapor barrier was not installed, Cement backboard was not installed correctly (spacing was too big), no waterproofing membrane was applied (red guard), no seam tape was applied to joints, they used nails instead of screws, motar in spots, missed grouting all around,no corner beads, no caulking, Job was not finished properly, the shower would have leaked causing structural damage and/ or mold,This was a new build they had a clean slate to start with,Incured addtional cost because we had to hire someone else to tear down their shoddy work and start over and purchase tile for a second time
