Advanced Male Medical Center claims to help with male sexual problems. The $199.00 guarantee is that the initial visit will result in a long lasting erection. After the injection, partial success occurs, the guarantee is over and the "doctor" is no longer available. However, the "closer" arrives with the hidden cost of the "applicator" of $109.00 and the injectable syringes costing $30.OO each. A years supply can range from $3000.00 plus the initial $199 and the "applicator for $109. For $3308 you can walk out.
Never in the advertisements, nor the initial telephone interview did the range of charges become apparent! The costs stunned me and the process reminded me of the hard close like a time share sales! If you are willing to pay thousands of dollars and endure the injections then this is the place for you.

I have used this office for a few years. Here's a little more info the unhappy author didn't provide.
The cost is not mandatory like timeshares. One can purchase small amounts of prescription as desired for no inflated cost. You can pay as you need. If you want to stop using their service, you can simply stop buying their prescription medication. No gimmicks, no rebilling, nothing due. Just stop.
You don't have to buy injection devices or any other items they have available, any more than a diabetic has to buy injectors for their treatment. They are simply available in the office if one wishes.
As for the overall cost, try any other competitive service, i.e. Boston.... You'll see competitors overall cost is about $1K more per year.
My cost was about $2900 (total) for the first year. For that, I got a year of intense passion
with my wife.
Finally, this doc was the only one who found the real cause of what was wrong,, and things are getting back to normal. I need their Rx less and less now. This year my cost should be about half, the passion continues; and, Im not stuck with a timeshare.

This report is a thorough misrepresentation of our practice as outlined below.
1. 1st sentence: "claim to help with male sexual problems" - we have thousands of patients in more than 10 different states that we have succeeded in helping every day with difficult and diverse male medical issues.
2. 2nd sentence: "After the injection. . .the guarantee is over" Actually, we guarantee that if we cannot help you with your medical issue we will not charge you for your consultation fee. This is not the case at any other doctor's office. In fact, we do not charge for repeated visits or sample medications if we cannot treat your medical condition.
3. 2nd sentence: "the "doctor" is no longer available" In fact, the doctor is always available and responds to a 24 hour/7days a week emergency line for all patients for one year after their initial consultation.
4. 3rd sentence: "the "closer". . .with the hidden cost" The "closer" is a qualified medical assistant (MA) who discusses your therapeutic options and provides a treatment plan for each individual. This is tailored to the individual and their problems. "Hidden costs" are not hidden, but rather part of a continued treatment plan including medical devices and medications that may be therapeutically necessary. Many insurance companies cover some or all of these costs as well.
