In December of 2001.I was called late in the evening by the representives of Advantage Capitol Credit.A representive named Josh, rep.number 8144.I was offered a Mster Card with a credit limit of 2,000 dollars.He went on speaking a mile a minute,I had to ask him several times to slow down so that I could try to understand what he was saying.

I asked him if this was a real credit card he told me yes.He said that it could be used in over 5,000 locations.He also told me that there was a one time membership fee of a total of $174.95. And he also told me that I would receive a free cell phone,and discounts off of a lot of hotel stays and other stuff.

Never did he tell me that this so called credit card was like a debit card.He never told me that I Had to first call this company

to get a dollar amount put on the card so that it could be used,

and then 24hrs later they would take it out of my bank account.

In January on the 11th of 2002,I received a package from them.

After reading what this fake credit card was all about,that was never disclosed to me. I called to cancel.This was on the 11th of January.They told me that it would take up to 30 days ot get my refund.I asked how were they going to give me my money back,

they said that they would put it back in to my bank account.

Well I waited the 30 days. then I called them back to see where my money was.I talked to there costumer service department and they had no clue as to what was going on.They could not give me a streight answer.When I asked them to give me there company

accountant's phone number or e-mail address to get some answers they denyed me that information they said that they could get in trouble for giving that information.

It is now March 16,2002.And I have yet to see my money.I keep calling them to try to see were my money is but all I keep getting is the run arounds AND NO MONEY!

Last week I called Advantage Capital.The Service departmant had filed a report,and e-mailed it to their accountants.I called again today to see if they have received an e-mail from there accountants they gave me a sorry reply. Stating,"They said it would probably be another ten to fifteen days befor they would know anything about my money".So far they are still tapdanceing around with time,AND MY MONEY.This DECEPTIVE,DIRTY-ROTTON,excues for a company needs to be taken out back AND PUT DOWN! STILL WAITING,BUT NOT GIVING UP WITHOUT A FIGHT. AND NOT UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED!
