Advantage Moving & Storage WORST NIGHTMARE! Very Unprofessional, DO NOT USE, Bait and Switch Scam Atlanta Georgia
I used them to move out of state. James called and said he could beat any price I had been quoted. Seemed like a good guy. Movers showed up on time, but did not speak english well. After that the nightmare started. Nothing but uprofessional people work for this company.
My quote was increased more than double the original invoice. They were rude, I was hung up on...AND very hard to get a hold of. They did not deliver on anything they said they would. It took two weeks to receive my stuff out of storage from the day I started calling. Tried to charge me for extra storage.
They finally told me a day they would move my stuff out of storage. However, they were a day late. I had damaged goods and was missing a peice of furniture.
I have no status on the missing peice or any compensation for loss and damage. They are a horrible company.
