Advantage Rent-A-Car ripoff fraudulent billing, dishonest pricing, dishonest practice Seattle Washington
Advantage rent-a-car, ripoff, was happy to rent a car from them the day after mine was stolen. From 11am on 04/23/06- 11pm on04/25/06 charge was stated 96.95 + 300 deposit from my debit card.
was told that I could drop it off at the downtown location for a 30.00 drop fee, to which I agreed. only to find that the company withdrew another 93.99 from my account, upon my request as to why this amount was taken the man explained it was 30.00 for the drop fee plus an extra 47.00 for bieng 12 hours late.
I understand why I could have incurred a late fee, but almost 50.00 extra when it only cost 96.95 for three whole days plus the fact that I have my own insurance. I know they may sound good, But STAY AWAY, RIP-OFF in ACTION.
