Advantex Communications They cut my phone off with no notice mixed up the billing were rude cussed permantly disconnected phone lied about not recieving my payment Rip-off Corinth Texas
I had an account with advantex they turned my phone off with no notice then said i owed 154.03 so to turn my phone back on that is the amount they needed .So i sent in 160.00 I called them every day for a week they said no money order was recieved.Then I get a bill for Feb.16 for my dsl that says applied 160.00,107.00,and 12.00 and my next bill for dsl was due feb16
They applied the 160 to dsl even though the money order next to pay to said for phone 214 485 0647 they then rudly informed me that I still owe 9.00 for Jan. my phone was cut off in Jan and now my number was no longer available. I asked for the lady i was speaking to her name she refused to give out her name but gave me the manager that i had asked to talk tos name. She said the managr will not handle this matter and hung up.
I called back and got the managers name and clarified there had been a mistake on there part but would do nothing about it the managrs name wasKelly Ellson.
Brianna at ext 7603 was the young lady that did'nt tell me her full name and hung up and wouldnt put me through to the manager also that was extremly rude.
I felt like thay treated me like a criminal and was givin no apology for there mix up and my phone still was never turned back on and the over paid money would not be given back to me they said they would credit it but i am disconnected so there can be no credit.
