This site requires Free registration to post written threads, and has a " Terms and Agreement ", to click on to except.
I registered , posted a Q. I also replied to other posted Questions.
I had to change my user name (3) times as I was being harrased by (2)other members. On my 3rd user name I let one of those users have in with objectionable language.
The terms state that freeadvice can " DELETE " any objectional post.
The post in question was " Copy & Pasted " with a reply by one of the mentioned members.
That member also posted " Knowingly False Personal Inf." about me. Against terms and condition.
Free advice Deleted those post on my request. I re- registered again under a different user name, and again this member responded ( with the same harrasment in a thread ), he had posted previousl what user names I had used on Freeadvice.
I e-mailed freeadvice about this, and they sent me a " CEASE AND DESIST " e-mail, stating I am BARRED for 5 yrs. from using posting on their site.( due to the objectional post ) from before they deleted.
They have not BARRED the other (2) members that were in violation of their Terms and Conditions" that started harrassing me.
Freeadvice Has acually, defended them.
I sent and e-mail requesting the to rescind their cease and desist directive, but they state I'm threatening them when I am not. I stated If you remove me, you also have to remove Them. whic they won't.
Again the terms and conditions state an objection post can be removed by them, and it was. Now the issued the subsquent directive for the same post.On top of that there is NO where in the agreement, of terminations from the site.

Some of these guys are lawyers and they actually get their jollies off by violating the same terms and agreements ,a new member has to agree NOT to do. They will seek out and follow a member, post to post,and harass them,as they did me. Some of the Senior members actually enjoy this , stating a Few members can get you "Kicked Off " , and banned from membership. Lots of times just because they don't like you, for whatever reason. There is no termination clause, for foul language use, only that it can be deleted. They harassed me,Knowingly posted false information, were defamatory in there posting " for other members " , to read,hateful,ext. So I let them have it and called them a few explicates, and morons. They deleted the post,they turned around and said I'm banned for 5 yrs. And they call me and Idiot. Some members actually complimented me,but you know Lawyers, their egos so high up their butts, every time the pass gas,they lose more common sense and manners. They actually started a thread, bashing posters saying " only a few " come in there for good advice. That's Lawyers and do gooders for ya. You have my permission to add this to my report. Thanks for listening. Oh and now I'm reading threads that are sexually oriented,wich are against terms. So for the average person, who would think of membership posting, don't type something the others don't like, or they will call you Idiot,harrass,you, defame you.ext., and finnally have you unfairly banned from posting. I guess only they THINK they know it all, I mean they won't be Adults and diagree. Their EGOS are too stuck up their behinds. I don't think they could make it in the REAL world !!
