Aerie Davis is the biggest scam artist on Earth. Most reports you see are from her employees, but this is not a report from an unhappy employee. This is a report from a company who used her for telemarketing. A company who made the mistake to hire her twice against better judgement. This is a horror story.
Aerie Davis with All Star Marketing Direct, or most recently "W Tours" was originally brought onto us about a year ago. The entire time working with her and her company was the worst experience we have ever had. She had her staff making phone calls from home with children screaming in the background. She had days where the staff didn't pick up half of the phone calls that came in-WHICH is what we paid her company to do. Pick up the phone.
Speaking of phones, as CEO of my company I had many a phone call with her. In almost none of these conversations was she cool and collected. Usually she was screaming her head off, demanding money she wasn't due yet, always attempting to turn not qualified tours into something to be paid for when her team simply could not give us qualified tours. She was upset when things didn't go her way and acted out like a child.
That's not so bad huh? Just wait. She convinced us to work with a mail marketing team who we paid over $30,000 to and lost because of counterfeit mail receipts and postages. Our company lost ALL of that money because she wanted us to work with this man-she was probably splitting that $30k with him laughing. Lawsuits ensued.
Aerie Davis and AMD Marketing were also in a lawsuit for sending out mail with companies names and logos illegally. She was having mail sent out for people to come in to our company for presentations and the logo she was using called us to take us to court. Because of her illegal descisions yet again.
Tony Marinelli let us down different roads to mail companies and telelmarketing teams who did zero good for us. They were the most unprofessional and terrible teams yet. And Aerie's "W Tours" who I would assume is Wyndham tours since she recently picked up a contract with them, which I can only assue will be short lived with how she runs her room and treats her staff, were the worst of the bunch. The fact that we considered working with her again and paid an advance blows my mind knowing what she has done.
She has now threatened my family and my company. She has began contacting members slamming our company with slander and defamation. Aerie Davis and Tony marinelli are working as a team. Tony Marinelli has stolen thousands of dollars from us, and not paid his staff the money they were due. And now they are working together to scam people out of more money.
You could be next. Be careful who you work with. And definitely don't ever think about working with scam artists who are constantly surrounded by lies and lawsuits and fraud like these two are. Save yourself!

Aerie Davis (AMD Mktg. W Tours etc) and Tony Marinelli (Doylestown, PA) have joined forces to extort legit business owners out of thosands of dollars. They demand a lot of money upfront before services are rendered. Separately, they are bad enough but together its a competely different and dangerous dynamic!!!
They use excuses not to pay their staff --that they" have not received any money from the company" they are representing.. After confrontation. they admit they received the money to pay staff but they have "4 kids or kids in college,bills etc". Well, GUESS WHAT???? We all have the same expenses and work hard for our money>>> SO PAY UP YOU THIEVES!!!!
What a great pair!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! All businessesor investors - DO NOT USE these two petty criminals!! You will save yourself a lot of money , headache and heartache.
The aforementioned company is a legitimate business- it too has been extorted and stolen from by these scammers!

I truly do not understand how she continues to dodge legal trouble, continues to prey on employees/contractors, continues to coax companies into doing business for them...only to rip everyone off in the end. How is it she now has a new company, W Tours? If this is true, it's just a matter of time before once again her business will fail, due to her own personal greed, and not only will she not meet contractual obligations with companies she is doing business for, then in the end...she won't pay her own employees! How many times can she get away with this? How many times can she change her company name, find a new location to set - up a call center before it all falls apart, leaving vendors without their tours and worse, employees/contractors without their pay? It's frankly sickening! But worse, it's illegal! But time and time again she does this without any repercussions. Well I've had enough! I'm contacting the Virginia Attorney General with all the documentation I still have remaining from her last failed business, AMD. All my life, I've worked hard for every penny I earned...much like most law abiding citizens. A few weeks ago, Aerie repeatedly threatened me over text messages to stop posting on the internet, even asking me to stop because she has children! What about our families, Aerie? Our children? Our financial losses? Your last group of scammed employees have tried to put this all behind us but as I see postings on Facebook with you and your children, happy as can be or while you plan your next group activity online and now to learn you may have a new company, its disgusting. So, Aerie sue me for defaming you! I wish you would try. Everything I have ever posted is the truth. Go for it! I will countersue you for everything you've done to me and enlist the aid of countless others. Aerie Davis, game on...I'm back on this. This will stop! If anyone has information on W Tours please post it here. Aerie, see you in court. I'm not hiding nor am I threatened by you. Bring it!
