Affiliated Estate Sales Paul Carageannis Irene P King Estate Sale Scam Artists Wichita Kansas
What kind of low life individuals would cheat families at a time in their life when they had just lost parents or other beloved members of their family? Paul Carageannis (Affiliated Estate Sales) and his Aunt Irene King (IPK Estate Sales) are notorious in Wichita (and the entire state of Kansas) for cheating their clients out of proceeds from their estate sales. If you go to the 6th floor of the courthouse and search Paul’s name you will find dozens of lawsuits filed against him. In 2015 Mr. Carageannis was sentenced for Securities Fraud after defrauding $165,000 from oil investors. He cheated our family out of many thousands of dollars after holding a sale for three weeks and then refusing to give us any accounting of what was sold or pay us the proceeds from our sale. We have proof that he has done the same thing to at least three other families. Mr. Carageannis also has been documented approaching clients with offers to purchase their homes and conduct the sales. Then as the closing date approaches, he comes to the client and reveals that he doesn’t really have the money to close and starts asking for extensions saying he is sure he can get the funds together soon. If you want to do business with a criminals, then Mr. Carageannis and Ms. King are there for you; but if you are looking for honest estate sale professionals, then you should continue searching because there are many good people available for you.
