Affluence Edu Come on Bait Promises of Big Money Miami Florida Nothing given in seminar literature
We received an invitation in the mail to attend a seminar near by promising comp lunch or dinner, an mp 3 player some educational real estate dvd's and a computer for the first 50 people registering. There was No computer, we were told the first 50 people registering meant of all the seminars they were holding every where, and the comp dinner was a box lunch of a wrap sandwich, some cold potatoe ball , an apple and small bag of chips. And a bottle fo water. Actually the box mean was not bad but hardly a dinner.
This was mostly a cheering, rah rah motivational speaker trying to Sell classes teaching how to buy, sell, flip etc properties and make a lot of money. He also stressed that his company would supply the money for the down payment / purchase of these properties. He also said his company parnered with every company needed to buy real eatate , close the deals and then sell it again. A lot of people did buy the classes that promised to teach them how to do this, at a cost of course, then another motivational speaker started his speil about on line trading. Again selling a 2 day class to teach how to do that.
We never got a computer, I am sure we have no chance of getting one, the m p 3 thing is hardly worth anything, and we felt that this was not valid , the whole scheme. It sounded exactly like another seminar we attended some tome back, Ladies Night Out or Womens' Night Out - and was the same deal - to sell then a week end of classes . During the seminar the papers given to us had no address, no telephone, no www site, only the name Affluence Edu
