Affordable Air Care HVAC ROY AND PAM CHECKETTS DENIAL,ABUSIVE LANGUAGE,INCOMPLETE WORK,RUDE,INCOMPETENT WORKERS Colorado Springs Colorado
The worst service ever! the work was incomplete, workers didn't clean their messes, owner's wife/office manager tried to charge for services that weren't rendered!
The name Affordable is a lie, before the work is completed they try to charge for additional products because the system they sell you is not the right system for your home, but they sure can tweek the system so that it doesn't work properly, then they deny and refuse to fix the problem!
The company should have their license revoked and not even be allowed to install a ceiling fan!!!!
I doubt they even have a license to install HVAC systems, if they do they must have bought it as an on-line certificate!!
I will never use another company with the name "AFFORDABLE" in it, chances are they're all rip-off artists!!
Next time I'll use a more reputable company that has been in this city a long time, not one that just was established because they probably had the license yanked from another state!

Hello, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Affordable Air Care for the past 4 years and have only known everyone to be extremely courteous and professional. As a concerned consumer, I keep up with the BBB and would like to share that Affordable Air Care has maintained an A+ rating with the BBB and there have been ZERO complaints filed in the last 3 years.

This company installed central a/c in my home.I found the work and workers to be very good. No problems at all. The work and equipment has lasted for the last 10 years with no problems.

To Whom It May Concern -
Since this person would not give his full name or business, we cannot be 100% sure of whom or what we are responding to. However, we can recall only one very unhappy customer last year.
As we recall, this gentleman was in the business of purchasing houses that had been abused or nearly destroyed by an occupant. He would then remodel and restore the house to a marketable condition for resale. This is a needed profession in our economy especially in a recession, and we work for many people and companies in the marketplace who perform this function.
As we recall, this gentleman was so cost concious that he asked us to violate Mechanical Codes to make the job more profitable for himself. When we refused to violate the Mechanical Codes, he got very upset with us and told us he would generate a negative - Ripoff Report.
We have been licensed and insured in business for about ten years. We are licensed by the Pikes Peak Regional Board and would welcome anyone to contact them to examine the status of our license.
We are thankful that we do not se this type of customer very often.
