Its been now 6 months after I first contacted and started working with Jeannie. I paid her for services in April and nothing that was agreed upon happened. She stated she would give me a refund and sent me a refund receipt, but what good is a refund receipt without any money returned to me? She then stated that her processor froze her account because she had too many refunds.

I agreed to give her one more chance and give me tradelines in exchange since I knew there was a big chance I would not see that money otherwise. Well it's now October and still nothing and also no answer to my multiple emails requesting some sort of update. I'm sure she will try and rebuttal this with how busy she is, but there's no excuse when you dont respond to at least one of the multiple emails I have sent. At this point I'm taking the loss in stride and would just like to warn others to be careful and don't give your hard earned money away to crooks like this.

I understand that we all have been taken advantage of at one time or another.  Here's the thing.  My dealings with her have been great. I have gotten everything I paid for and then some.   She did in fact refund my money within a day, and I did not have to beg for it or ask her for it time and time again. I was actually very surprised to see the money and then an email from her. 

Then to make things even better. She gave me services for free that I did not ask for. She is a sweetheart and really tries to make up for things if they go wrong. Most of the time she is dealing with other people/ vendors, so things are not 100% in her control. But that's just it, even if it's not her fault she makes up for it.

There is no need to listen to these people on here.  I took a chance and I am glad that I did.  Jeannie, you do great work and I will always stand up for you

She stole our money and she is not giving it back. We were fools for her fancy website and sent her money. After the money is sent everything changes. She d**n near killed our dreams! Our dreams are hanging on by a thread now because of her. She never refunded us and even if she did it wouldnt make up for the damage she caused us. 

 

I hope this lady SUFFERS FOR WHAT SHE HAS DONE TO US AND EVERYONE ELSE

 

I PRAY THE AUTHORITIES TAKE HER DOWN SOON better yet I WILL HELP THEM!

I am going to do this for one reason and one reason only. This lady works her butt off to take care of her clients. I recently spoke to her in regards to taking the holiday off, and she was so reluctant to do so because her clients would harass her if she did not answer them within their time frame. How can anyone work that way? How can anyone act that way to someone?

How can anyone be so coy as to expect someone to bow down to them because they are getting services from someone? This lady helped me when I had no money and gave me free services without any questions asked. She did not once ask me for money. You people who come here complaining probably complain about everything in life. Probably complain that life has it out for you. I am sure life does if you complain about such minor things and do not give applause to people who actually care about other people's well being.

I have seen the prices out there on the internet, this ladys prices are 10,000% cheaper then all of them. Shame to all of you who take something so precious and rip it apart with disgrace. The Lord is watching, and he knows who is good and who is not. This lady, is one of the good ones, and the Lord knows that.

SHE HAS NOW CHANGED THE NAME OF HER COMPANY TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM MADE SIMPLE. SHE HAS RUINED MY AND MY HUSBAND LIFE. SHE MAKE EMPTY PROMISES AND HER DIRECTING IS f**kED. WE LOST OVER 15,000 LISTENING TO HER. WE WANT TO STOP HER WITH A LAW SUIT. WE ARE SUING HER AND WANT EVERYBODY WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH HER TO JUMP ON BOARD. SHE IS FULL OF LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES. SHE WILL BE STOPPED.

My situation is identical to this one. Paid for the MAX OUT package in April. its almost December and still no results. No response to emails other than the usual system down responses. I requested numerous refunds, those emails have gone unanswered. Yet I get emails advertising new services/specials, but how can you solicit new service when paid customers cant get what they have waited months on. Its sad.

 Ummm you responded to what was now the 7th unresponded email. I completely understand being busy and unable to respond to emails in a timely manner, but this has been pending since April and that in any line of business is a complete joke

I do answer my emails - But no not instantly. 

I cannot do that - its impossible to do so- Completely impossible. 

You can email me and I will get this situation fixed immediately. 

I am not one not to fix a situation. I am more than willing to fix any screw ups that happen and have NO problem admitting to my screw ups ..
