About two years ago, I was looking into refinancing my government student loans.  I found Broadsword Student Advantage and I signed up.  They offered for me to use Affordable Life Plans as a financial advisor.  They informed me that someone would be calling to set up this plan with me.  They said that the payment would automatically withdraw from my account for both the student loan and the financial advisor.

Last year, I was told that Broadsword Student Advantage was a fraud and immediately my loans went into the hands of Navient to handle the rest of my loans.  Still every month, even though I have not recieved any services from Affordable Life Plans, I am consistently recieveing emails every month that they are taking $29.95 out of my account automatically.  I have tried to call several times throughout the month and I have not been able to get a hold of any one (being on the phone/ hold for 20-30 minutes at a time) to cancel or find out why I am still being charged.

I do not want to continue to pay them for services that I am not receiving and I have no interest in any more either.  I am unable/ unaware of how I can cancel this and have my money returned to me because almost $30/ month adds up.  Especially with other bills and student loan payments.
