Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My Business Partner here in Houston shipped a car through this company (Affordable Shipping Services LLC) to Nigeria for almost 2 months now, the said car hasn't been delivered to the owner who bought the car and there is no concrete proof that the car is at the port of the final destination and is being cleared from the Nigerian customs. There has been consistent change of delivery date by the said company-(Affordable Shipping Services LLC); the delivery date has been changed more than 5 times. The necessary payment has all been paid in full to this company and still they are yet to deliver the said car.

We did inquire from other shipping firms how long it takes to ship cars to Nigeria and clear it from the Nigerian customs, they said it takes about 5-7 working days and this company's more than 4-weeks now and still the car has not been delivered. We have spoken with the owner (Mr Benjamin E. Mbonu) of the said company- ((Affordable Shipping Services LLC) to give us the documentation showing that the car got to Nigeria and is being cleared from the Nigerian customs, he has refused to give us any documentation.

On further research, we found out that the owner of the business Benjamin E Mbonu, who was a practicing lawyer here in Houston, was suspended from the bar in 2006 due to involvement in some fraudulent activities. The detailed information concerning the case can be found at http://www.texasbar.com/Template.cfm? Section=Current_Issue&Template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=14957.

With this recent finding, My partner and I are very skeptical about our business transaction with the said company. We at this point, we feel that we might have been victims of fraud. We do appeal to your office to investigate this company and make sure that there are no future victims. At the moment, we have our fingers crossed and hope to resolve this case amicably with no party being a victim of fraud. They have cause alot of heart disstress and the third party involved.

trust me have have nothing but free time.... and this is fun for me so if I were you I would think twice....and in reference to his so called charges he was never charged dumb dumb again get your facts right. oh yes and as far as him not practicing law yes he is again so im thinking they did not blame him just wanted the person complaining to be happy... and it was because of some one like you is to why he had to go through it all.... im tired of typing at the moment.....so ill finish later. silly man....so let me finish looking up stuff about you because im sure you are a 419'er the both of you Charles and that other one Stanley. One of you which live in United Kingdom that came to the United States and over stayed on his visa. (Shame on you) see I should report that to the embassy and see who has the last laugh. So let not have the pot call the kettle black.oh yes and next time you are going to try and make some one look bad try not to make your self look stupid in the process.....and if you are going to post someone's dirty laundry make sure you have the facts right and that you are not posting something that has nothing to do with the situation at hand.....again to much book sense and no common sense......man you people are funny....you have nothing better to do than complain about something you are the next man can not control....I bet you are one of the ones at the internet cafe doing yahoo yahoo...but see I will not assume and make a you know what of my self as you did....lmao.....so how do you sleep at night....did you tell your wives you have another woman that you are secretly seeing and saying you are at the office or are you sleeping with the secretary which one is it see I can go all day ....I don't have the facts but I can do just the same as you...but see I can play your game but I do it better....silly silly man... I am still laughing at this stupid claim of 2weeks from Houston to Lagos if you want it there fast stop being cheap and buy your own container and don't share. See you to listened to each other dummy that lives in Houston should know that Texas is far from Nigeria and dummy in UK should know that it only takes 6hrs on a plane from UK to Lagos so naturally a cargo ship would make it from UK to Nigeria in two weeks verses doing a shipment from Houston TX(USA) to Nigeriapick up a map smarty pants I know you did not stay in school that long to not use your brain then you have the audacity to speak upon black Americans like we are trash when you can not even use common since lol let me link a map for you Lagos to Houston: 6,525 miles or 10,501 kilometers. A typical flight between Lagos and Houston would have a flying time of about 13 hours, 3 minute (((link redacted))) London to Lagos: 3,110 miles or 5,005 kilometers . typical flight between London and Lagos would have a flying time of about 6 hours, 13 minutes. This assumes an average air speed for a commercial airliner of 500 mph, which is equivalent to 805 km/hr or 434 knots. Your exact flight time may vary depending on wind speeds. (((link redacted))) The total distance from New York to Lagos is 5,272 miles. This is equivalent to 8,484 kilometers or 4,581 nautical miles. Things that make you go humm So come on you big scholar you lets do the math if it takes 2weeks from UK to Lagos( by water (6hrs by air) at 3,110 miles or 5,005 kilometers apart.how many weeks does it take from Houston to Lagos at 6,525 miles or 10,501 kilometers? Answer for us geniuses 4 to 5 weeks!!!! You failed you get a big fat juicy F today in math... I want the class to study the maps I have linked today and if you can answer for home work which country is closer you may receive a D oh yes and another thing yes because you shared a container no you will not receive the bill of lading nor will you receive a copy of the bill of lading. And I bet you are wondering why..the reason why is because you know your people are

Please i am going to say this one time and one time only.. if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say it at all. if you do not know how the shipping business works than ask? Since i see you so not know and you completly lack common sense i will explain.. when a person wants to ship something they go to umm lets say company "G" company "G" (nvocc) has a contract with the vessel company (for those that dont know companies such as cma-cgm, nordana, zim etc.... the people that owns the ship and containers you are leasing until your shipment makes it to its distination).. you bring you car or items to nvocc "company G" we order the container then we load it you pay us we pay the shipping line and the truck driver. truck driver delivers to shipping line 1 week before sail date... while container is at port nvocc "company g" takes all the documents to be filed at the us customs office thats if you were smart enough to remeber to include the car titles....(oh also if you are only shipping one car you either pay for a 20ft to have it shipped on the next sail date if you are impatient or you can share a 40fthc with others and "company g" puts documents in their name to avoid confusion because of you 419'ers when it gets to nigeria if you are to cheap to purchase your own container than you have to wait until we fill the 40ft with the rest of customers cars and items thats if there are any.... once all documents are cleared with customs which usually takes 2 to 3days the ship then sails. depending on your distination it can take any where from 1 month to 3months.....in your case nigeria which can take anywhere from 22 to 45 days.....2wks if you pay for fast vessel company that does not make stops.... also it depends on how congested the ports are so... to make a long story short... when the container leaves the warehouse they have no control over it : 1. they do not own the ship 2. they are not on the ship nor are they driving it 3. common since should tell you in the water not in air from port of houston not new york it takes an extra one to two weeks again depending on the traffic at the ports. 4. if customs says the ship does not move then it does not move. 5. next time you want to make up lies and listen to some one make sur you and them have the fact correct.... 6 if you want to know how long it takes to get some where google it or call and ask the vessel company just dont expect the nvocc to give you the information because some of you will try and pay them and not us... so just call vessel line and ask how long does it take to ship from houston to lagos nigeria and please remove this nonsense....
