AFH Holding Amir Farrokh Heshmatpour Managing Director of AFH "I was sold IPO Shells AFH 1,2 & 3 in 2007 and 2008. These were public shells that they already had companies to merge. One a Copper Deal in China and another Natural Gas in China. The Third an Oil Beverly Hills, California
AFH holding is a Scam organization that sells investors on Public shell offerings. My understanding is that they create a public shell which takes several years and get 50 investors to buy in so they have a instrument sellable to a company that would like to go public but does not want to wait the two years or so to get all of the approvals. I first invested with AFH in 2007 in a fund called AFH 1. Then a few months later AFH 2 and then AFH 3. Here is january 2013 still nothing NO communication nothing. They wont take my calls and I am sick of them ripping off investors! It is time for justice! Please tell me about your story I am taking action!
